Sorry it's been so long, My laptop broke, and we finally moved. Life has been crazy, but good!! I am now 26 years old, My birthday was yesterday and it was amazing. I got this awesome new laptop with Windows 7 (which I love btw) So much more user friendly lol. My 6 year old got me a butterfinger and a card that made me cried. He wrote in it that I was a blessing to him, with a picture of us snuggling. Made my heart melt. My lovely husband made me breakfast and dinner and even cleaned up after :) The only bad part was me breaking my hand!!!! LOL Yes my husband and I were playing around and I heard a crack, and the swelling started. So today we are going to the hospital to see the damage. All I know is I need some good pain meds, This hurts like hell!!!!!!
So I learned yesterday just how much I need two working hands with a 3 month old in this house. Not cool!!! haha

Joel's Birthday!!
The day started out with waking up at 6:30am and opening up gifts before we had to take Sebastian to the bus stop. We got him a hair clipper set, and a bottle of Polo Sport. He loved them. We then went back to bed for about an hour, then woke up & I made him breakfast. Bacon, French toast and tater tots hehe. That's what he asked for. We had a great day just hanging out, watching Sherlock Holmes (very boring) lol, and just enjoyed each other. Then for dinner I made LOBSTER TAIL. Ahhhhhhh!!! I don't know what I was thinking lol. Touching it grossed me out, you should've seen me trying to crack these shells, and it was the funniest thing ever. Joel had to step in and do it. Those shells are very hard. After that was out of the way, I seasoned them and popped them in the oven. They came out delicious (or Joel said)...I don't eat seafood. Ha-ha The celebration ended with an Oreo cake, and 29 candles (and me almost burning down the house). It was a very good and challenging day!
Lesson of the day: Buy gloves next time I try to cook any sort of fish or seafood. Gross!!!

The first post..
How do you start the first post? Ha-ha
Most of you know me, for those who don't allow me to catch you up. My name is Holly; I'm 25 turning 26 in May. I have been married for a little over a year to Joel, my best’s friend in this world. He is the most amazing man, and father to our two boys. The oldest is Sebastian he just turned 6, Joel is not his real "father", but is his true Daddy. Sebastian loves him more than life, and Joel and he have such a bond. Then we just had our little monkey Dominic, he is almost 13 weeks and such a blessing to us. Our family has an amazing relationship with God, without him our lives would be a mess. Any decision in our family is prayed about deeply. We live in NC right now, but won't be here much longer. God has better plans for us in the making (which I will share down the road). I have only a handful of friends, but they are the best. Like the saying goes, I'd rather only a few great friends, then a bunch of fake friends. I love life, and love to experience everything, good and bad. What doesn't kill you will make you stronger.
Ok so first post is done and out of the way lol...Whew! Can't wait to start blogging and see what the days bring. Oh Joel's birthday is tomorrow and I'm making Lobster Tail (ahhhh) so tomorrow’s blog should be very interesting!
